When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 3 days after it is placed.

What shipping method will my order use?

By default, your order will be shipped using air freight via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). If you prefer an alternative shipping method, such as express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) or sea freight, please contact us for assistance.

How many days will it take to receive my order?

The following delivery times apply on non‑holiday days. During holiday periods, delivery may be delayed by 1–2 weeks depending on the shipping workload of the local courier in the buyer’s area.

Note: Due to the large size of the goods, we use air freight DDP for shipping, which may result in potential delays. Please be cautious if you are concerned about shipping times.

Do I need to pay international taxes and duties?

We use the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method, which includes import duties and taxes, so you do not need to pay them separately.

How can I track my order?

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. If you don't see this email, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Alternatively, if you have created an account, you can log in to view your tracking information directly.

Payment Information

What is your return policy?

We operate on thin profit margins, so we can only offer refunds for products that are damaged and unusable upon arrival; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Before making a purchase, if you have any questions about material quality, color, or other aspects, please contact us for pre-sale consultation.

What payment methods can I choose from?

We accept online payments via PayPal on our website, as well as bank transfers from personal or company accounts to our company account. Additional payment methods are under development and will be available soon.

What size can I order?

Currently, we only offer a product specification of 4.00 ft x 164.04 ft (1.22 x 50 meters) per roll. If you have other size requirements, please contact us for assistance.

What types of surfaces can I apply your interior film/vinyl wrap film to?

In which spaces can I use your products?

Our interior film is ideal for use in both residential and commercial environments. It’s a great solution for transforming the appearance of offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and beyond.

How do I install your interior film/vinyl wrap film?

Do you offer installation training?

We do not provide in-person installation training. If you have any questions about installation, please feel free to contact us.

Is it possible to remove your interior film/vinyl wrap film?

Our interior film is designed to adhere to surfaces for years or even decades, but if you need to remove the vinyl, it is possible.

If the film was installed just 1-60 minutes ago, you can easily remove it.

In other cases, removing the finish from one side of a door (7 x 3 ft.) may take about 30-60 minutes.

However, if you need to renew a surface, you can cover the old vinyl film with a new one.
